an insecurity

"aku ni teruk sangat ke?" this question has been repeating in my mind for the past 24 hours and i think it is very disturbing. for those who were with me for the past 24 hours and wondered what's wrong with me, i'm truly sorry but i was totally out of it.  so today i have usrah and i was, honestly, really lazy. you know, the point of me joining an usrah is to be better but well, syaitan's whispers are goddamn annoying but thank God nurin encouraged me to go. so of course la i go (ikhlas la ok). and let me tell you, thank God i went to usrah today. the topic was wide and huge but i think it really had comforted me, cik imah's wise words really calmed me down and it feels as if she had the same problem as mine once upon a time too. and turns out she became a beautiful human being in and out today. i don't know about you but i always have this point in life when i feel as if i was behind everyone in terms of attitude and heart. indeed, it is an insecuri...

High heels and hills

Alright so probably none of you would even care where I am right now and how am I doing here but whatever. The vibes here; easy to explain, it is the vibes you get when you went jungle trekking. The exact same peace and fresh air in the morning. In the afternoon, can't deny it is still scorching hot like Malaysia will always be. Our orientation week has been great for 3 days. From Thursday till Saturday. Lots and lots of team buildings and fun activities instead of boring talks and all. Well, there were still a few talks from the JPA of course, bit of briefing about our scholarship and all. Besides those sorts, we have fun activities handled by the facilitators (the 1 year older students). Ok so my batch, we only have 73 students and sadly there are only around 14-15 guys :') sis like why sis hahahah ok itu hanya sampingan. Also our orientation week is not like any other typical orientation weeks because we went to REDTMA doing some kayak-ing, rafting, wall climbing and also w...

JPA-MARA Scholarship Experience 2017

Image
Hello and welcome to my blog (I really hope someday someone will find my blog to read the scholarship experience because I really love to help)  After spm result, apply here and there hoping for scholarships to fall down from the sky or something. Admit it, we're on the same boat. and it is okay to hope. Jpamara was the first one to notify me that I managed to go for their interview session, alhamdulillah.  The interview was held at UNITEN on 4th of April and I got the last session 2.15-4.15pm. We all have to wear dark-coloured long-sleeved t-shirt, dark-coloured tudung, track bottom and also sports shoes. Hah at first I was like "biar betul, what kind of interview would ask me to wear very informal clothes?" so I looked it up online, searching for experiences of previous jpamara interviews and yep, they all have to wear the same thing and the bloggers said it was for comfortable purposes so, I just go with the flow la. Luckily we don't have any physical traini...

JPA-MARA - Result

Image
cried my eyes out already and my eyes were all swollen on the next day, it was indeed a sad news, very sad. but it's okay. breathe in breathe out. we'll just try the rayuan and hoping for the best.  *repeat in the head* it's not the end of everything.  ************************************************* Update; they've accepted my rayuan and alhamdulillah I got this scholarship. Even though it's not the course that I wanted (actuarial science), at least I got to lessen the burden of my parents, right? Plus, I got Information System/Management (both of my parents are working under this bidang so my parents would help me in some situations in the future, right?) Moral of the story; try again, do not give up on yourself. Believe in second chances. And of course thanks to those who helped me with the rayuan essay. I did my essay in Bahasa Melayu (which I cringed a lot while writing it) it was 350 words and worth writing la. I put all my heart and soul inside...

Post spm result

Image
First of all, to me, my spm result was quite unexpected. Because two exams before i sit for spm, i only got 4As and 6As like i cerita at the post before.  So dengan result sebegitu rupa, I honestly thought I would make it to 9As but I didn't expect getting As without A- is possible for me, as you see, I think I'm the queen of A-. Because mostly my results before, acah je A padahal berderet A- je hahah but whatever it is. Syukur alhamdulillah for everything. & again, dengan result macam tu, I pernah la dream of studying overseas and all (in UK esp idk why UK is the best, the country is just nice) but then I padamkan the dream and pijak pada bumi yang nyata because of the not-that-stable economy and also there is like very little of chance for me to get a scholarship at that rate. But alhamdulillah, after dapat result, it opened up a whole lot of opportunities. and because of that, my hopes went higher again.  When you get hight hopes, yo...
